System Architecture

infoRouter is built using a multi-tier architecture that separates its core functions into server-side and client-side components. This ensures optimized performance and scalability across diverse organizational needs.

Supported Operating Systems:

  • Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022.
  • Windows Server 2012 (supported but will be deprecated soon when Microsoft drops support).

  • MS SQL Server 2012 and higher.
  • MySQL 5.6.x, 5.7.x, or higher (recommended version 8.028).

  • Server Requirements: Intel Xeon, 32 GB RAM (64 GB or higher recommended), Windows Server 2016 or later.
  • Client Requirements: Internet-ready PC, Mac, or tablet with supported browser (Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari).

Backup and Recovery

  • Backup and Recovery: Regular scheduled backups of the document warehouse and system files are recommended for disaster recovery.
  • Recycle Bin Functionality: infoRouter provides multiple layers of "Recycle Bin" support to recover deleted documents.
